Our Operations Team comprises experienced leaders with over 25 years in rigging, some of whom are pioneers within our company. They lead teams of riggers with extensive experience in the moving industry, performing their duties with utmost conscientiousness.

 

Regular training sessions are conducted by our trainers to update our teams on all aspects of operations, including new methods and tool handling requirements. This continuous improvement approach enhances job quality and productivity.

 

We have certified lifting supervisors, riggermen, signalmen, and crane operators capable of executing hoisting jobs safely. Our certified forklift drivers are proficient and licensed to operate forklifts with capacities of 5 tons and above.

 

Customer satisfaction is our priority, reflected in our cohesive team spirit that transcends race, age, and experience levels. We handle customers' machinery with meticulous care, deploying leaders who oversee each move to ensure all requirements are met consistently.

 

Daily progress reports to our Operations Manager, along with regular meetings and discussions, facilitate sharing of experiences and collaborative efforts to enhance work processes. We also focus on risk analysis, environmental programs, and other improvement initiatives.

 

Our team includes electricians, welders, and mechanical engineering staff, enabling us to proficiently dismantle and assemble machines as required.
